01.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Technotic website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or engage our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients.

02.Services

Technotic provides software development and technology consulting services, including but not limited to SaaS product development, web application development, and AI automation solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work.

03.Project Engagements

• All project work is governed by a separate project agreement that outlines scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms.
• Our standard development cycle targets delivery within 14 business days, subject to project complexity and scope as agreed upon.
• Changes to project scope after agreement may affect timeline and cost, and will be documented in writing.
• We provide post-launch support as detailed in individual project agreements.

04.Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for your project are transferred to you.
• Technotic retains the right to use general-purpose tools, libraries, and frameworks developed independently for future projects.
• Third-party software, libraries, and assets used in your project remain subject to their respective licences.
• We may reference the project in our portfolio (without revealing confidential details) unless otherwise agreed.

05.Payment Terms

Payment terms, including deposit requirements, milestones, and final payment schedules, are specified in each project agreement. Late payments may result in work suspension or service termination. All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Refund policies are outlined in individual project agreements.

06.Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes business plans, technical specifications, user data, and financial information. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any engagement for a period of two years.

07.Limitation of Liability

Technotic's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

08.Warranties & Disclaimers

• We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.
• We do not guarantee that software will be entirely free of defects, but we will address bugs reported during the warranty period specified in your project agreement.
• The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the website.

09.Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement as specified in the project agreement. Technotic reserves the right to suspend or terminate website access for any user who violates these terms. Upon termination, all completed deliverables paid for in full will be transferred to the client.

10.Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts of the appropriate jurisdiction.

11.Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
